SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order by entering your address in the appropriate field of the cart.
Delivery methods
Delivery is made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00 without notice and to the address indicated when ordering.
The courier makes deliveries without notice, directly to the letterbox or to the concierge where existing.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice.

that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.

that the items present in the packages coincide with those indicated in the order.
In the event of discrepancies or damaged items, in order to open the complaint procedure, the Customer is required to photograph the package and the non-compliant product, and send the photos to customer service: admin@jgcouture.it. Upon completion of the complaint procedure, the damaged or missing goods will be returned or refunded, at JG Couture's discretion.
The goods travel at the Customer's risk. Under no circumstances can JG Couture be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by the delay, damage or loss of the shipment.
RETURNS
The purchased goods can be returned if they are damaged upon delivery, or at the end of the agreed rental period.
In case of goods damaged upon delivery you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 days from the day you received the purchased products.
Products to be returned because they are damaged upon delivery must be delivered to the courier within 15 days from the date of their receipt.
The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:
a) within 10 days from the delivery date you must send an email to admin@jgcouture.it indicating the damaged product to be returned;
b) returned products must be sent to JG Couture in a single shipment. JG Couture, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
c) the returned products must be delivered to the courier within 15 days from the date on which you received the products. Shipping costs for returning products damaged upon delivery are borne by Fashion Atelier.
After JG Couture has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Within 3-4 working days of receiving the damaged goods, JG Couture will provide to refund the product ordered.
The shipping costs for returning the product after the rental period are entirely borne by the Customer.
