A. Introduction

1. These terms and conditions govern the sale of products marketed by JG Couture and the use of the website www.jgcouture.it

2. Commercial relationships are governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions, excluding any other agreement, unless agreed in writing.

3. All offers are always without obligation; in general, they are valid only until stock availability. Sales contracts are considered valid upon written confirmation or following shipment of the goods.

​

4. All prices on www.jgcouture.it are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice. JG Couture is also not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, images or names.

5. For each order placed, JG Couture issues an invoice for the material shipped. For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.

6. These terms and conditions may be modified by JG Couture without notice and will be valid from the date of publication on www.jgcouture.it

B. Acceptance of the conditions of sale

​

1. The contract stipulated between JG Couture and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by JG Couture, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order in one of the methods provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these terms and conditions.

2. If the Customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed he will print or save an electronic copy, or keep the present terms and conditions.

3. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

C. Purchase methods

​

1. The Customer can only purchase the products present on www.jgcouture.it at the time the order is sent, as described in the relevant information sheets. The technical and purchase support information included on www.jgcouture.it is to be understood as simple generic information material. The images accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and may differ in colour, size and fabric used shown in the figure.

2. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by JG Couture through an automatic response sent to the email address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain 'Date of receipt' and 'Order Number', to be used in any subsequent communication with JG Couture. The message contains all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, JG Couture undertakes to promptly contact the Customer.

D. Payment methods

​

Payment is expected in advance using credit cards or Paypal.

 

1. Credit Card

​

a) In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment method, at the conclusion of the online transaction, the relevant banking institution will authorize the commitment only of the amount relating to the purchase made.

​

b) The credit cards accepted are all those that rely on the Visa and Mastercard circuits. The amount relating to the dispatched goods is charged to the Customer's credit card at the time of actual dispatch of the ordered goods.

​

c) In case of cancellation of the order, JG Couture will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. Under no circumstances can JG Couture be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by the delay in the failure to release the committed amount by the banking institution.

 

 

2. PayPal

a) In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.

b) The amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time the order is acquired.

​

c) In case of cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account. Under no circumstances can JG Couture be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by the delay in the release of the committed amount by PayPal.

E. Transaction Security

​

Online credit card transactions are carried out via a secure server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This protocol allows you to communicate in a protected mode to avoid interception, modification or falsification of information. JG Couture is not aware of the credit card data used by its customers. Under no circumstances can JG Couture be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties for the purchase of products on www.jgcouture.it

H. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

​

The sales contract between the Customer and JG Couture is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of the distance selling contract, if the Customer is a private consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his Municipality of residence. In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Bergamo.
